Permanently elastic, sealable, highly flexible elastomeric bitumen tape for watertight formation of depressions in foundation and roof areas, between components perpendicular to one another, such as between a floor slab and a rising wall. After the molten mass has been scorched and solidified, a watertight connection is created which can be worked over with Murexin thick bitumen coatings, Murexin reactive waterproofing and Murexin liquid waterproofing, or with hot- and cold-work self-adhesive membranes without further reprocessing. Priming is performed using Murexin Bitumen Primer LF 400 and also Murexin Primer and Silo Varnish BVS 300. The use of the Murexin Triangular Tape EDB 35 also enables problem-free connection of cross-cutting seals (wall barrier sheets) to vertical seals.
