Ecological substrate preparation by Murexin

Successful substrate preparation is now possible in a completely eco-friendly system with the Crack thickening resin MS-X 24. In addition to Murexin strengthening resins, moisture barriers and MSP-based adhesion enhancers, it is the physiologically harmless and thus processor-friendly alternative to epoxy, silicate or polyester-based resins used in the past. The hardened material can be reworked directly with all X-Bond products (e.g. adhesives for parquet, electrically conductive systems or design coverings) without further pre-treatment! Crack thickening resin MS-X 24 is supplied in two-component bottles and can be used universally: indoors and outdoors for force-fit sealing of construction and shrinkage joints, as well as narrow and wide screed cracks. As a rapid filling and bonding compound for wood, stone, concrete and metal. For forming stair nosings, embedding reinforcement brackets, stair rails, nail rails and other profiles made of wood or metal.

The rollable Silan fixing resine MS-X 1 is suitable for the bonding and renovation of unstable, or low-strength or sandy, mineral substrates such as cement or calcium sulphate screeds, as well as concrete. Due to its low viscosity, it has a high penetration capacity and reaches deep into the pores of the substrate. The big plus of the MS-X 1 bonding resin is its rapid drying: it can be painted over after only about 2 hours and thus outperforms the 2-component impregnating resins based on EP that have been used to date by many hours! The MS-X 1 bonding resin is safe and easy to use, as it is delivered as single-component substance. Its formulation is silane-based and therefore MS-X 1 is free of migration-capable components and physiologically harmless.

Prime and block moisture with a single product!
With the single-component Silan moisture barrier MS-X 3, MUREXIN is launching a silane-based, rollable primer that acts as a primer and vapour barrier, thus saving valuable time in a health protection-conscious manner. Currently, moisture barriers are mostly made with epoxy resin-based or polyurethane products. With this ecologically friendly roller primer, Murexin proves that construction progress and environmental friendliness are not mutually exclusive. Its innovative formulation is based on modern MSP technology:
it is solvent-free, free of components that can migrate and very low in emissions according to EC ^1PLUS.

Special Primer DX 9

A primer for almost all substrates? This is the case with our DX 9 Special Primer, because it can be used on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates, dries extremely quickly, and is also extremely economical in terms of consumption! Its speciality is also difficult substrates in the renovation sector: it reliably sticks to tiles, terrazzo, reactive resin coatings, moisture barriers, metal and even adhesive residues.

When things have to be done quickly: Rapid filling compound SL 52/ TopLevel Extra R 220 is particularly suited to subsequent rapid laying. No additional travels to the construction sites are required which means that the requirements for modern, sustainable fillers are achieved.

The levelling compound, based on special cement, comes in powder form, is self-levelling, synthetic resin-modified, and sets hydraulically. Indoors, it can be used to create level subfloors in layer thicknesses of up to 20 mm prior to the laying of resilient floor coverings and parquet. Suitable for underfloor heating systems and castor wheel loads.
